[php-maint] Fixing php-soap for Squeeze

Hi Thierry and Ola,

I'm sending this email to you guys because you are both in the
debian/control of php-soap.

I just sent a bug report against php-soap, because upgrading from Lenny
to Squeeze is broken with this package. As discussed with the release
team, adding a Pre-Depends: php-pear (>= 5.3) is the way to go.

Few questions:
1/ Is it ok for you to set php-pear-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org as the
new maintainer? Both Thierry and Ola would of course stay as uploaders.

2/ Can you fix this RC bug asap? Or is it ok if I do an NMU for you?

Please let me know, it's important to have it fixed asap before
releasing Squeeze. Of course, best would be if you could do that simple
fix yourself (as I have already 3 packages with RC to fix in my todo list).
