honestly, i don't think there's high enough volume of activity to
warrant it.  if there's more activity (and more importantly, someone
who's willing to completely take charge of it) then i don't really
have a problem doing so, but i think at this point our "laissez-faire"
administration is better than cutting the rope and setting it adrift.

and just for the record, that would be greatly appreciated.  there's
far more bugs than there is developer-power to deal with them.
