Hmm, strange because I checked the usual 'migration excuses' scripts but
these didn't show any of those as blocking the migration, only the RC bug.
But probably you're right here.

I don't see much added value in reverting the severity again though, as it
only adds a potential blockage point while all buildds have successfully
built the package already. As the fix has at this time been committed it
will be included in the next upload so any new builds are unaffected by
the issue. I don't see a concrete gain in increasing the severity again.
