[php-maint] I'm now a DD, please replace thomasgoirand-guest by zigo in Alioth

Hi there,

My Debian accounts have just been created today, which makes me so
happy. Now, I wont use my old alioth account, so could you please accept
my request to enter in the project as "zigo" instead of
thomasgoirand-guest please?

I'm currently doing -yet- another check on all of my php-* packages
before I will upload them to both Git on Alioth and SID.
