Ok, I'm going to wait for Sean then (not that I'm excluding Thijs, but
he has been rather inactive, or so it seemed).

There appear to be some people using it. After thinking about it a bit
more I think that we should indeed not enable it. Most of the use
cases are just to run a command in the background, but that can be
done without using pcntl_fork() anyway.

Btw, 5.3.2-1 has already been built in most architectures and the test
results are available. Time to squash some more bugs.
