[php-maint] zend.ze1_compatibility_mode not supported in squeeze ?

I think any application depending on zend.ze1_compatibility_mode will
not be compatible with PHP in squeeze, right ?

Is there any particular way to mark such bugs release-critical (I have
one in #575247 for phpgroupware) ?
