[php-maint] Regressions in Unit Test in Debian 5.3.2

Hi,

I have played a bit with unit tests and here is the diff file with
differences in unit tests when I build vanilla and debian version.
Full logs are attached as well.

The tests were made against vanilla unit test, so we have some of
those already fixed.
