Even though this new SAPI provides fixes for most bugs we have against
php-fcgi, I would be happy to not include it in the squeeze, if this
helps get 5.3.3 into next stable.

As I said in my previous email - the burnout rate for php maintainers
is quite high, so I agree with you that Raphael should have been more
constructive, I also understand why we wrote what he wrote. Let's
stick with this more constructive discussion from now then...
