By looking at http://php.net/openssl_encrypt:

"this function is currently not documented"

but anyway, this must be a non mandatory param.

That one is a well knon change in php 5.3.3 and
should be part of each new php package: in a class
name "a" the methode named "a" isn't a constructor
anymore (if I'm not mistaking, that is if using
namespaces, which have never been available within

So to me both aren't an issue...
