[php-maint] Bug#622706: PHP5-FPM depends on /var/www

Package: php5-fpm
Version: 5.3.6-8
The php5-fpm package depends on /var/www but does not supply this directory
itself. Instead, it relies on other packages to have already created this
directory for it and does not depend on any of them.
Two options:
1) Stop depending on /var/www
http://lintian.debian.org/tags/dir-or-file-in-var-www.html
2) Provide /var/www
/debian/php5-fpm.dirs
Personally, I believe option 1 is significantly better.
Either way, the way it is now, if /var/www hasn't been created by the user or
another application, the installation will throw an error and php5-fpm will be
unable to start.
