I haven't seen you sending any email to the list for PHP:
pkg-php-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org

you should do so if you want to join the pkg-php group. Don't expect
that any random request to join will be approved. You got to ask and
tell who you are on the list. I think that's truth for every lists in
Debian (I'd like to have other project admin's opinions about this).
