[php-maint] Proper source package name for the PECL HTTP module?

IMHO, php-pecl-http is fine. As much as I know, there's no convention
for name duplicates. Also, I would advise that the binary package be the
same as the source one if possible (or maybe php5-pecl-http if it's
dependent on the PHP version), so it easy to spot.
