The php5 uses interest, and I don't think that it's absolutely
necessary to consider the packages as not configured.

The interest is used to restart apache2 process when new php5 module
is installed/deinstalled.


I no longer maintain desktop-file-utils, these are just leftovers
after I left Debian GTK/GNOME team, so can't answer for that.
