There are some bug fixes and they add support for php streams. Shouldn't be 
impossible to implement it in another way, I think, but somebody needs to do 
it.

(last year I started to separate some of the fixes to forward them to file 
upstream, but never actually sent them :-/ will try to find where I left them)
