[php-maint] Bug#619383: Bug#619383: php5-fpm: Init script output too verbose

I did test it, but I thought it was some weirdness of my pbuilder
setup. But it was the extra set -u at the begining. Sorry for that.

New version attached.

Sorry for that. I have also explicitly set pm.start_servers in
/etc/php5/fpm/pool.d/www.conf, so it will not print the:

[23-Mar-2011 15:42:25] WARNING: [pool www] pm.start_servers is not
set. It's been set to 20.
