None yet. But some are already packaged using other methods inside
packages horde3, php-kolab-freebusy and php-kolab-filter.

The Debian package name is made from the pear package name : Net_SMTP
becomes php-net-smtp.

"aptitude search ^php- | wc -l" gives 85 on squeeze.
