[php-maint] Please update maintainer/uploader for PEAR packages to pkg-php-pear at lists.alioth.debian.org

Dear maintainer of PEAR package,

please be so kind and update Maintainer/Uploader field to
pkg-php-pear at lists.alioth.debian.org if you maintain your packages
under pkg-php alioth group (if not already done, I took the list of
packages from qa.debian.org, so it might include some packages which
has already fixed this in unstable.)

The pkg-php-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org should be used just for PHP5
interpreter packaging (and binary modules if you want to have group
maintenance since we don't have separate list for that).
