[php-maint] Bug#645343: After installing php5-intl Apache2 seg faults

After installing php5-intl Apache2 will no longer start but crashes with a seg fault. 

[notice] seg fault or similar nasty error detected in the parent process

I do not get any useful information from the core dump.
