I have no experience to base my opinion on wrt the different sqlite
extensions, but think it's reasonable to do, so no objections anyway.
also, regarding the 5.3.8 orig.tar.gz debacle, i looked into it and i
think part of the problem is there seems to be duplicate merges of
the new upstream release, maybe that confused pristine-tar or something.
anyway i'm thinking we're close enough to 5.4 that we should just wait
for that to come out, make *sure* we get that one right, and hope for a
clean testing transition. either that or we need to bump the epoch to
get it fixed with a "clean" upload, but i'm lazy and low on time so
I'm more inclined to wait unless someone else wants to take a look too...
