[php-maint] Processing of php5_5.3.8-2_amd64.changes

Okay, I have prepared new versions, and will upload them tomorrow morning.

If anyone wants to double-check/test them before then, they're all at:

	http://people.debian.org/~seanius/incoming

BTW, I also found the problem that made them native:

	$ dpkg-source -i -I --compression=bzip2 -b php
	dpkg-source: error: can't build with source format '1.0': only supports gzip compression

without specifying compression (which is what gbp does) it falls back /
defaults to gzip, missing the orig.tar.bz2, and thus assumes it's native.
so we have to upgrade to 3.0 (quilt) first, before we can go to bz2.
