[php-maint] RFS: libgetoptionkit-php

Hello,

Would you be interested in reviewing & sponsoring the package I've 
created: libgetoptionkit-php? I've uploaded in to mentors.d.n:
http://mentors.debian.net/package/libgetoptionkit-php

This is the best maintained option parser for PHP I've found - and I 
will need it as a dependency for other PHP package.

I am a DM but ideally I'd like to maintain this package as part of the 
pkg-php-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org team.
