[php-maint] Bug#692013: php5dismod fixed

Hi,

I've fixed php5dismod in our git repository, should be taken for the next
upload for testing.

After the fix php5dismod supports:
- removing dangling symlinks
- re-disabling available modules
- doesn't fail when trying to disable non existing modules

All three cases are accompanied with a notice message.
