[php-maint] php5_5.4.4-14+deb7u5_all on debian-hf, armv7

you are listed as the package maintainer for the php5 package I have
installed on my beaglebone black.

I'm experiencing problematic behavior with the fopen() function in this
environment. When opening a file for reading, the function returns
bool(true) rather than a file handle or failure.

if this is not the correct avenue to bring this up, please forgive, and
direct me if you may to the proper place.
