[php-maint] Packaging Zend Optimizer +

I've been watching this quite closely (publicly and internally at Zend).
I'm really happy to see this extension release to the community.

I don't think there's any rush to it, it's intended to be part of PHP in
5.5,
and still doesn't have any pecl representation.

As it's been only 24 hours since the release, I'd let the community do some
more reviewing and wait for at least on official release before putting it
into
Debian.

As this anyway goes to experimental, don't let my opinion stop you if
you're
keen to have it packaged anyway (:
