[php-maint] Bug#714713: Bug#714713: libapache2-mod-php5filter installs incorrect *.load config

Hi Russ,

it's the other way around. The renaming to libphp5filter.so got lost in
Apache 2.4 transition and it's back in -6, which is building right now.
