Package: php5-mysql
Version: 5.5.0+dfsg-9
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
Upgrading php5-mysql 5.5.0+dfsg-7 -> 5.5.0+dfsg-9 breaks mediawiki which is at
version 1:1.19.7+dfsg-1 The error left in apache's error.log after attempting
to access the wiki is:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_error() in
/usr/share/mediawiki/includes/db/DatabaseMysql.php on line 305
reportbug noted to me that some php5-mysql configuration files had been
modified. I elected to include them with the report, however, I have no memory
of ever modifying them.
