Hi,

as a followup to #689324, php-pear should probably add a
  Breaks: php-crypt-gpg (<< 1.3.2)
php-crypt-gpg was modifying /usr/share/php/.filemap (owned by php-pear),
that was fixed in 1.3.2-1.
