[php-maint] git cleanup

Hey all not-dormant PHP co-maintainers,

I did some cleanup in the git repository, renaming branches to more
standard master{-<dist} format and removing the old ones

The old repository before the changes is still archived under
php-old-releases-archived.git name.

Either edit your .git/config or just clone the tree from scratch.

Current list of branches at git.debian.org:
* master
  master-wheezy
  pristine-tar
  upstream
  upstream-wheezy
