[php-maint] systemd support in php5-fpm

Hi fellow maintainers,

JFTR I have added full support for systemd in FPM SAPI in 5.5.0+dfsg-3, so
php5-fpm now supports sysvinit, upstart and systemd.

systemd is natively supported by FPM, so we can use Type=notify instead of
Type=forking now. This should not (hopefully) affect other PID 1 systems
and introduces only one additional dependency on libsystemd-daemon0 which
has:
