[php-maint] Bug#702903: Bug#702903: php date_parse_from_format reports invalid values

Hi Johnny,

thanks for the bugreport.

This is just a notice that according to the release policy only security
fixes can go into stable release, so this won't get fixed. (And since
wheezy should be out really soon^W^Wwhen it's ready), this should fix
itself after the release.
