[php-maint] Bug#708112: libphp5-embed: libphp5.so isn't installed in the libraries default search path

Dear Maintainer,

The libphp5.so library provided by this package is installed in
/usr/lib/php5.
However, this directory isn't part of the default libraries search path.

Possible solutions:

    1. Install the library in /usr/lib.
       That's what the package provided by Dotdeb.org for Squeeze does.

    2. Add /usr/lib/php5 to the search path.
       This may not be desired because it would put files installed by
       other PHP-related packages in the default search path.
