[php-maint] Fwd: next php5 fixes

I suggest we do a s-p-u release on monthly basis (unless there's a
security or otherwise critical issue). First monday in the calendar
month might be good.
I think that relaxing the rules for s-p-u was one of the best things for
us that the release team did for stable release in ages :).
How does it sound to you all?
