The phpapi number wasn't changed, but we've reenabled LFS (
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=738984),
which means that for 32bits it has lfs in the name:

Version: 5.5.10+dfsg-1
Provides: php5-mhash, phpapi-20121212

Version: 5.5.11+dfsg-1
Provides: php5-mhash, phpapi-20121212+lfs
