[php-maint] phpng?

Hi,

I've pushed branch master-phpng to our git repo. This is based of work done
with my Zend's hat to provide a repository for phpng. Since then phpng
added support for a few more extensions.

Last weekend, phpng branch was merged back to master and it was decided
that the next release after 5.6 will be 7.0. My plans for debconf is to
migrate this work into master-7.0 branch for Debian, although it's very
early in the release process.

That's why I didn't bother pushing upstream-phpng branch - it's not really
relevant any more.
