we would welcome mostly triaging the bugs reported by users here:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?ordering=normal;archive=0;src=php5;dist=unstable;repeatmerged=0

and also cherry-picking important bugfixes from upstream git, similar to
what William already did.

Testing and proofing not-yet-uploaded stable-proposed-releases would be
also great.
