[php-maint] PHP 5.5.8

Hi,

I've uploaded PHP 5.5.8 yesterday, and later found out the changes done in
5.5.7-2 are missing, so 5.5.8 isn't buildable on all architectures due to
missing build dependencies.

Another upload to fix this will be done later today. Till then, I just
