[php-maint] Changes in the git repository

Hi,

I did some changes in the pkg-php git repository.

We now have PHP version branches and Debian stable version branch, thus:

master-5.6 # for PHP 5.6 (unstable)
master-5.5 # for PHP 5.5 (for reference)
master-5.4 # I will merge my work on 5.4.x branch to the main repository
master-wheezy{,-security} # for security and s-p-u

This will make switches between major versions in the unstable much
easier because it would usually include 'git push --force' anyway.

Also if we ever switch to co-installability of major PHP version we
could
start from this layout right away.
