[php-maint] php 5.6 backport?

Nope, not officially.  It was rejected by the backports masters,
and the Debian doesn't have the infrastructure similar to PPAs.

I am working on something like DPA (Debian Private Archive)
infrastructure to host php 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6 under deb.sury.org
umbrella, but it's a slow progress since I don't have a much
time to do so.
