If we go for a different naming schema, this is an opportunity to
reduce divergence from other distributions. Unfortunately, they use
mixed-case (example: Fedora, RH and derivatives use things like
php-pecl-geoip and php-pear-HTTP-Request [1]).

I propose using the same scheme as Fedora, but all lowercase.
