[php-maint] Bug#807652: Bug#807652: php7.0-cli: unowned symlinks after purge (policy 6.8, 10.8): /etc/php/7.0/cli/conf.d/20-{json, opcache}.ini

Hi Andreas,

those two symlinks are owned by php7.0-opcache and php7.0-json packages.
So unless you haven't purged those as well, the symlinks are ok. Also
removing php-defaults before remove php7.0-<extension> might lead to
this situation.
