[php-maint] My Intro to join php team

[Bhuvan Krishna]

Hi,
For now I am focused on getting gnusocial to debian, which involves
packaging some dependencies like php-mf2, php-htmlawed and some more
which are in PEAR. Once done I can spare some time for other packagings
starting from PEAR to general php packages.
