I am sorry for the breakages. The packages with the revert-patch is
building right now (the test take a long time to finish).

Mike and/or PHP Horde maintainers,

would you be willing to help with regression testing for each new PHP
release as part of release process?

Currently we only check the test results for any regressions before
uploading a new PHP version to the stable (wheezy) or testing-in-freeze
(jessie) and doing some basic testing of Horde framework seems like a
good thing to do.
