[php-maint] Debian 7 php 5.4

Dear,

First let me say i really like working with Debian.
I was wondering why you dumped the PHP "5.4.4-14+deb7u14" version to "5.4.34-0+deb7u1" because in Debian 6 you stayed at the PHP version 5.3.3 and only updated the "Debian version" (+squeezeXX).
