[php-maint] PHP 5.6 package archive for Debian Jessie

Hi folks,

as there were quite a lot of regressions in the last uploads of latest
upstream, me and security team has talked about holding that back for a
while.

So meanwhile to help to make the process as robust a possible, I have
prepared PHP 5.6 package for Debian Jessie (PHP 5.4 for wheezy will
follow). This will make possible to test the releases before uploading
them to security-master by more folks.

So here it is:

It contains freshly packaged 5.6.8
