   * What led up to the situation?
We use a SOAP connection with partners

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
The problem appeared once after migration of php in wheezy to version 5.4.39-0+deb7u1 (https://www.debian.org/security/2015/dsa-3198) and it was fixed.
Following migration to Jessie and php 5.6.7+dfsg-1 the problem reappeared.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
When I launch a SOAP connection which use __setSoapHeader I get a segmentation fault
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected to connect
