As said, I will wait for the removal of php5. The patch is small,
easy and already tested in Ubuntu. So I see no reason to introduce
a regression in Debian until it is absolutely necessary. I know
some users are using the php bindings (I got bugreports on this
part) and I hope that the php guys will be able to fix swig before
php5 is removed (about 10 php transition bugs are due to this
swig support, according to the mail I just get about blocking
bugs by 821715)
