Package: php7.0-dev
Version: 7.0.3-3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

/usr/lib/php/20151012/build/ltmain.sh links to ../../../../share/libtool/config/ltmain.sh, however this target was moved to ../../../../share/libtool/build-aux/ltmain.sh as of libtool 2.4.6-0.1
This breaks phpize entirely.
