Control: reassign -1 ucf
Control: affects -1 php7.0-common

Dan,

these messages are produced by 'ucf', so there's nothing I can do from
src:php7.0 as there not a --silent switch I might be able to use.
Reassigning package to ucf package.

Cheers,
