It seems that your include_path is wrong, as Horde resides in:
/usr/share/php/Horde/Autoloader/Default.php
Doesn't seem to be php5 fault as /usr/share/php is missing from your
include_path and the default include_path is:
include_path = ".:/usr/share/php"
