[php-maint] Repository split for src:php5 and src:phpX.Y

Hey all,

JFTR I split the src:php5 to pkg-php/php5.git and src:phpX.Y to
pkg-php/php.git (the old one), so if you have src:php5 tree, please
update your git remote to: ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-php/php5.git
